Group Therapy for Young Adults

It seems like everyone else has their life together, but you are stuck.

If you’re not sure what being an adult should look like or struggle making connections with others, group therapy might be right for you. 

In group therapy, we work together to…

  • practice social skills and receive feedback in a safe and supportive community

  • make meaningful connections and form healthy friendships

  • support each other through transitions and challenges

  • develop practical solutions to manage anxiety and depression

  • define a solid sense of self and feel more confident in who you are

This group is open to anyone in or near their 20’s. We welcome college students, parents, young professionals, those who aren’t quite sure where they are in life - whatever stage you are in, come join our community!

What to Expect…

Your First Step:

Your first step is to send me a message or schedule a phone consultation. I will plan to call you this week and we’ll talk for about 20 minutes. I’m interested in hearing more about you and will share more about myself and the group. We’ll decide together if this group is a good fit for you, or if you would prefer individual therapy or a referral to another therapist. My goal is to find the right fit for you - even if it’s not me!

Details and Investment:

  • Virtual meetings every other week (time will be set by first participants)

  • $50/session

  • Join at any time (3-month commitment)
