Group Therapy for Young Adults

It seems like everyone else has their life together, but you are stuck. If you’re not sure what being an adult should look like or struggle making connections with others, group therapy might be right for you. 

In group therapy, we work together to…

  • practice social skills and receive feedback in a safe and supportive community

  • make meaningful connections and form healthy friendships

  • support each other through transitions and challenges

  • develop practical solutions to manage anxiety and depression

  • define a solid sense of self and feel more confident in who you are

This group is open to anyone in or near their 20’s. We welcome college students, parents, young professionals, those who aren’t quite sure where they are in life - whatever stage you are in, come join our community!

Details and Investment:

  • Virtual meetings every 1st & 3rd Wednesday from 12-1:30pm

  • $100 per month

  • Join at any time (3-month commitment)
