Group therapy provides a space where you can let your guard down and honestly connect with others. Group members offer validation, empathy, and different perspectives to help you gain insight into and make real changes in your life. It can be a great fit for those who feel stuck in relationships patterns, wish they had more connection with others, struggle with social anxiety, and/or are seeking honest feedback from others. Groups like CPRT also teach valuable skills while giving you the support and feedback as you implement them in your daily life.
