Hi, I’m Elyse.

LPC-Associate, Supervised by Nanci Silver-Boice, M.Ed., M.A., LMFT-S, LPC-S

I’m a therapist, and I specialize in helping teens, young adults, and parents work through the many transitions of school, career, and family. Clients often come to me when they need support and solutions for anxiety, parenting, or a big transition in their lives.

My goal in our sessions is to help you define who you are, what’s important to you, and what you want out of life. We will work together to develop tools to manage life’s everyday challenges. If you’re overwhelmed because everything feels like its on your shoulders, know things should be better (or at least not so hard), or are just trying to figure out this whole “adulting” thing, I’m here to help.
