You may be in need of a fresh start, some practical coping skills, a shoulder to cry on, or maybe just the energy and motivation to get through today. You don’t need to keep it all together by yourself anymore.
Therapy offers a safe and comfortable place where you can take time for yourself and work through your feelings, thoughts, and relationships. We will work together discern the goals and values that are most important to you. I am trained in child and adolescent development and can offer a balance of giving the individual support you deserve while working together to find practical solutions for your family. Together, we will focus on your strengths and work towards shaping a life where you and your family are safe, confident, and happy.
